Orlando Disney villa rental details

Emerald Island Resort
From the moment you turn into Emerald Bvld you know why Emerald Island is one of Orlando`s most popular resorts. Surrounded by water and lush tropical woodland this gated community is close to the 192 highway with it`s many shops, restaurants and amusements and yet far enough away to be your own tropical paradise. The on site facilities include tennis and volley ball courts, nature and cycling trail and two children`s play areas. The club house has free internet access, a fitness room, coffee lounge, communial pool , spa and tiki bar. All this and only a 5 minute drive from the Disney complex or the major highways for those trips further afield.

The Villa -Emerald Gem
This beautifully decorated luxury home is situated in a quiet road and backs onto conservation woodland for added privacy around the pool. With extra decking area and ample comfortable pool furniture the heated pool and spa are fully enclosed by the unique Florida netting which keeps the insects at bay whilst allowing the Florida sun to penetrate freely during the day. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the hot tub would round off the day perfectly.

Every effort has been made to include everything you are likely to need for a comfortable vacation, from travel adaptors and hairdryers to board games and books. Although fully air conditioned some rooms also have ceiling fans for added comfort. Both master bedrooms have TV`S and alarm clock radios.

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double,2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television with video, dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Fiona says: "18th-25th- July 2010 We searched the net for months to find the perfect villa and found it here! Awesome villa!! ! The Villas location couldnt be better! It was ( as stated) with-in 2 miles from Disney and only a short drive ( 20 mins) to Universal! Only problem was that the kids(10 and 12) loved the pool and hot tub that much they wanted to rush back from the parks to Jump in!!! The Villa was very clean with every need catered for. We didnt use the games room( Brilliant!) simply because we didnt have the time!! The Hot tub heats up really quickly and the coloured lights in the pool are very relaxing ( and romantic! ). Only thing was we felt the space was wasted on us ( Family of four) We only needed three bedrooms! Only one very tiny complaint .There was a notice asking for the b.b.q to be cleaned after use. We were a bit suprised because it was in a terrible state when we opened it up and clearly had not been used ( or cleaned) for some months!! After walking around the parks ( for hours) in the Searing heat The Emerald Gem was a welcome relief to come back to and really felt like home! If you book this villa we hope you enjoy it as much as we have! We will be looking to booking it again if we decide to re- visit Orlando again in the future! "
