The villa is a brand new building. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a spacious living / dining room with fireplace for some cozy times in winter. The kitchen is in a semi-separate space and offers complete equipment and utensils. Either summer or winter, you can still have the same kind of relaxation for body and soul, where you can spend countless hours relaxing your mind. The outdoor swimming pool will also lighten up your body and freshen up the spirits! The villa is surrounded by verandas looking out to the deep blue Aegean waters. There are some wooden pergolas for shade and outdoor dining table and coffee table, so that whatever you do, you can always enjoy the panoramic view! The area is of distinct beauty and less than 10 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful and famous Golden Beach. It is unique accommodation for holiday-makers throughout the year!
