Swinging Sunset Villa is located in the north of Santorini island in the traditional settlement of Oia (Ia) village. This elegant house comes highly recommended and features well appointed accommodation. It was built in 2008 and is finished to a high standard and is traditionally designed throughout with much attention to detail. Outside there is a yard with a BBQ dining area for 10 persons to enjoy alfresco dining, a heated hydromassage (for 8 persons), which combined with the perfect sea view wii keep you there the whole day. Three double bedrooms and two living-dining rooms make the indoor living both comfortable and pleasant. This villa will appeal to those looking for a luxury home which is among peaceful surroundings.

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms at lower level and 1 (loft) with double king beds, wardrobes.
Eco-Friendly mattresses and upper mattresses, feathered pillows, A/C.

There is a bathroom on each level (total 2) equipped with Shower, bath towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, 220V supply to Shaver Point and Washing Machine.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, ceramic cooker, stove, filter and espresso coffee maker, toaster, ample crockery, cookery pots, utensils and glasses. On the upper floor there is another kitchenette with small fridqe and ceramic cooker.
Utility Room:
Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Living Rooms:
There are 2 living rooms with dining table, coffee table, 2 sofas, satellite and national TV programs, HI-FI and DVD player. Free Internet WI-FI access.
Other: Mosquito fly screens fitted to all windows. In the lower level living room, the sofa can be transformed to a double bed.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Upon arrival you will find the villa fully serviced with fresh linen and towels. Maid service, sheets - towels change, every fourth day.
Notes on accommodation
While the Villa accommodates 6-8 persons, our strong preference is to limit the number to a maximum of 6, except where children are included. It should be made clear here, however, that any decision to accommodate more than 6 is entirely at our discretion.
Accessibility
The villa is accessible by car with private parking area. You have to consider the internal stairs that drive you to the lower floor and the loft bedroom, people with mobility problems will face difficulties. What is more, young children must be supervised at all times.
