The villa is situated on a gently sloping hill in Stelida, Naxos, with magnificent views of the port and sunsets over the sea, nestling amidst a landscape of cedar trees and prehistoric granite.
The villa is situated between two beaches. Stelida, 300 metres to the north, includes one of the best windsurfing spots in the Cyclades (Laguna), Agios Prokopios, 800 metres to the south, is Naxoss most beautiful beach, with its white sand and crystal clear sea.
Villa lies 4.5 km from the port and is served by frequent buses that stop at the entrance to the villa.
The Villa is 12,800 square metres in size and consists of 9 villas and 2 suites with superb views surrounded by gardens with cedar trees and plants. Enjoy a swim in Villas’s 200 square-metre pool and soak up the sun on a lounger, taking in the panoramic view down to the sea. Children can enjoy themselves in a special playground.
The orientation of the villas is such that they remain cool during the summer and maintain a stable temperature during the winter months.
They are constructed, decorated and furnished using natural materials: the floors are made of marble (chiefly white, from Naxos) or solid oak, the paint used on the walls is environmentally-friendly, and all the furniture is made of natural wood. The interiors combine comfort with luxury and simplicity.
The creation of the villa is the materialization of an idea for a property in harmony with the environment, in order to combine relaxation, contact with nature, and a pleasant stay in a friendly atmosphere.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa has two floors. Upper floor: double bedroom with bathroom and large veranda with pergola and a view of the sea. Lower floor: kitchen and living room with WC. The kitchen door leads to a large terrace with pergola and seating and the living room opens onto a veranda with arches.
The villa is designed to offer you a comfortable and restful stay: the sitting room have large sofas that create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with two dining areas: one inside and another in the garden beneath a pergola or shaded by trees.
The bedroom has views and verandas that enjoy both sun and shade. The beds have mattresses made of natural rubber and coconut fibre, offering real relaxation.
The bathrooms, are tiled in marble, have bathtub.
Rates are quoted per property regardless of the number of adults or children accommodated.
Extra beds and baby cots are provided on request at no extra charge.

LOCATION
Naxos is the largest island in the Cycladic archipelagos, with an area of 448 square kilometres and a landscape that combines mountains, valleys, plains and 27 kilometres of magnificent sandy beaches on the south coast of the island, with rocky shores and small pebbly beaches on the north.
It is an island with historic monuments dating from ancient times to the Byzantine period, picturesque villages with small marble-paved streets and traditional products, and events and exhibitions displaying a host of artistic activities. You can get there by sea from Piraeus in 3 and a half hours (high-speed ferry) or 5 and a half hours (conventional ferry), or by airplane from Athens in 45 minutes.
